When you create and start a profile in Multilogin, the screen resolution might not match your device. That’s because the system automatically picks a resolution based on real-user data, ensuring a more natural fingerprint.

If the profile's resolution is smaller than your screen, you won’t be able to enlarge the browser window once it opens. This is intentional to maintain consistency and avoid detection by websites.

Here’s a simple fix: check your device's screen resolution in your system settings, then follow the instructions below.

1. Stop the profile in question
2. Go to the “Fingerprint” section in your profile settings 
3. Scroll down to “Screen resolution” and select “Custom”
4. Select the screen resolution that matches yours
5. Click “Update” and start the profile again
